Our Story

"Every child deserves to feel as beautiful as they are."

House of Taara began with one mama, one daughter, and a dream — to dress little ones in clothes that are as joyful as they are. What started as a handful of hand-block printed dresses for our own daughter grew into a small studio of artisans in Ahmedabad, each piece still stamped by hand, one press at a time.

We chose cotton because it breathes easy through every adventure, and handblock print because no two pieces ever come out quite the same — much like the kids who wear them.

Taara means star ⭐ — because every child is one.
